All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
## Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Jewels R Us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jewels R Us is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
